Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Director to lead our social media team and oversee the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through innovative content, campaigns, and data-driven decisions Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-level social media strategies aligned with business goals Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team, including content creators, community managers, and ad specialists Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, brand-consistent content Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and PR teams to support integrated campaigns Manage paid social campaigns, budgets, and ensure high ROI Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies Protect and enhance the brands voice and reputation across platforms Report regularly to senior leadership on KPIs, insights, and growth opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Deep understanding of all major social platforms (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X) Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite) Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting Creative thinker with a strong eye for content and storytelling Job Type: Full-time Experience: Team Lead: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote,
