We are now looking for a dynamic Social Media Intern & Photographer to help visually bring our story to life across digital platforms. What You'll Be Doing Capture stunning content (photographs, videos, behind-the-scenes, product shots, street-style, and lifestyle moments) aligned with NIIRAs aesthetic. Document product stories and artisan journeys in a visually compelling way Shoot on-ground content in Mumbai or Goa studio setups, outdoor campaigns, events, influencer sessions, pop-ups, and more Edit and deliver content in formats suitable for Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and website use Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop moodboards and execute shoot concepts Bonus: Create engaging content yourself if you're confident on camera, have a personal creator-style, and can bring the brand to life in your own unique voice What You Must Have Your own professional camera equipment (DSLR / Mirrorless, lenses, lights, etc.) A portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, or travel photography and short-form content Basic editing skills (Photoshop / Lightroom / Premiere / CapCut) A deep aesthetic sense and understanding of NIIRAs brand language minimal, raw, Indian-modern Comfortable working with people across all levels and capturing spontaneous, natural moments Ability to work 2-3 days a week on-ground (flexible, based on the content calendar) Bonus Points If You Have experience as a content creator or micro-influencer and know how to shoot and star in your own content Are confident with Instagram trends, reels, voiceovers, and transitions Understands performance content and can adapt visuals to suit different platforms Can help ideate and schedule posts or assist with content planning What We Offer A chance to work with a growing, mission-driven brand Hands-on experience across photography, social media, storytelling, and digital content A creative and collaborative environment Flexible hours and a hybrid structure Monthly salary + travel support + potential for long-term role based on performance,
