You should have 2-3 years of experience in handling Online Reputation Management (ORM) and be able to join immediately. As a social media agency specializing in working with Prime Video, we are seeking an ORM Expert to manage social media audience engagement across all our social platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Engagement: Responding promptly to audience feedback, managing comments, and engaging with fans and influencers. - Crisis Management: Monitoring potential PR issues, handling negative sentiment, and defusing controversies. - Content Moderation: Ensuring user-generated content follows community guidelines. - Listening: Tracking audience sentiment, gathering insights, and monitoring competitors. - Reporting: Analyzing interactions, tracking KPIs, and providing regular updates. - Campaign Support: Boosting engagement during key promotional moments and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. - Tracking mentions and recognizing brand engagement opportunities to enhance brand visibility on social channels.
