Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze social media performance using advanced analytical tools. Track and interpret key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and overall performance. Generate comprehensive and actionable reports, providing insights into social media campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm updates to proactively optimize our social media strategy. Collaborate closely with the content creation and digital marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies. Conduct audience research to understand demographics, behavior, and preferences to inform targeted marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields. Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role. Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices.
