We are Hiring | SMT Shift Incharge We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SMT Shift Incharge to join our growing electronics manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless SMT operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a skilled team during shift production. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage SMT line operations during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth functioning of SMT equipment (Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, SPI). Monitor shift production targets and maintain high-quality output. Lead, train, and coordinate with operators and technicians. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions on defects. Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams for uptime and process control. Maintain all shift-related documentation and daily reports. Enforce safety and ESD protocols on the shop floor.
