Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced (12+) years SMB Sales Specialist / SMB Sales Head to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new SMB clients, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue through strategic project and solution sales. You will work closely with OEMs and internal technical teams to deliver customized networking and IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for SMB clients in system integration, networking solutions, and IT infrastructure. Identify new business opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals. Sell active and passive networking products such as routers, switches, cables, and related hardware/software solutions. Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to tailor offerings to client needs. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders. Manage and mentor a small sales team, driving them towards achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain strong client relationships post-sales and identify upselling opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in the SMB and enterprise space. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record in SMB or Enterprise IT/Networking sales (minimum 5 years). Experience in system integration, solution sales, and project-based IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of active/passive products, networking products, routers, and switches. Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Experience in OEM relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a team. Nice to Have: Existing relationships in the SMB or mid-market segment. Technical certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or vendor certifications.
