Description: As a Energy Sales Leader at Bright NRG, you will lead a team of sales ambassadors and drive sales initiatives for our smart energy products. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring your team, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Smart Energy Sales Ambassadors. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members to maximize their potential. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts and product offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the energy sector. Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in sales management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of energy efficiency products and renewable energy technologies is highly desirable.
