Job Description: As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations at various sites in Surat, Vyara, and Billimora. Your role will involve utilizing your Electrical Systems Knowledge, Project Management, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Safety Regulations Compliance, Blueprint Reading, and Quality Control expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electrical HT/LT Transmission Line. You should have a minimum of Fresher to 3 years of experience in the field. The salary bracket for this position ranges from 13k to 30k. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting site surveys to assess project requirements - Overseeing underground cable laying of HT/LT Lines - Executing cable terminations in underground HT/LT lines - Taking final measurements of completed work Please note that candidates with a background in maintenance are not suitable for this role.
