Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials used and work performed on the site are in accordance with the specified requirements. This includes liaising with clients and their representatives such as architects and engineers, attending meetings to provide progress updates. Your role will involve the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising the site labor force and monitoring the work of subcontractors. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to plan the work efficiently and organize site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. Quality control and ensuring health and safety standards for the on-site team will also be under your supervision. You should be prepared to address any unexpected technical difficulties or other issues that may arise during the project. This position will require you to travel and work across India in various shifts. The job type is full-time and includes benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule for this role is day shift with the possibility of a performance bonus.,
