Role Overview:

We are looking for Site Supervisors who will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of construction activities at the project site. The candidate should have strong leadership qualities, technical knowledge of construction, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure execution of works as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain daily work records, reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols and site discipline are followed by all personnel.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Assist in measuring work done for billing and verification purposes.
• Report site issues, progress, and delays to project manager/engineer.
• Qualifications & Skills:Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI or equivalent field.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Ability to read drawings and implement accordingly.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and site documentation.
• Preferred Candidate:Experience with government or CPWD projects..
