A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations on a construction or project site. This includes ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. They coordinate activities, manage resources, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

1. Site Management and Coordination:

  • Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Coordinating with stakeholders: Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. 
  • Managing resources: Scheduling work, ordering materials, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. 
  • Maintaining records: Keeping track of progress, materials, and personnel. 
  • Problem-solving: Addressing issues that arise on-site and finding solutions. 

2. Safety and Compliance:

  • Implementing safety protocols: Ensuring all personnel adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
