KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervisors track the progress of construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and timelines.
• They coordinate the work of various construction workers, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders:
• They liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Manage resources:
• This involves allocating labor, materials, and equipment effectively. 
• Ensure adherence to project plans and specifications:
• They verify that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and permits. 
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports:
• They track project milestones, identify potential issues, and report on progress to relevant stakeholders. 
• Manage and resolve conflicts:
• They address any on-site disputes or issues that may arise during the construction process. 
• Attend meetings:
• They participate in site meetings and other events related to the project. 
• Place orders for materials and manage inventory:
• They ensure the timely procurement and proper storage of construction materials.
