The Interior Site Supervisor role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in managing and executing interior fit-out and finishing works across various project types such as residential, commercial, and retail. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior materials, specifications, and workmanship standards. An ability to effectively coordinate multiple vendors, contractors, and on-site teams is essential for success in this position. Key responsibilities of the Interior Site Supervisor include: - Interpreting architectural and interior design drawings to ensure accurate execution at the site. - Supervising day-to-day site activities such as carpentry, false ceiling installation, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and furniture installations. - Maintaining site safety standards, overseeing quality control measures, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. - Generating daily progress reports, documenting labor deployment, and keeping track of material usage logs. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior site supervision. While a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is not mandatory, it is considered a plus if the candidate has prior experience in effectively managing a workforce and delivering high-quality interior finishes within project schedules and budgets.,
