Job Description
You are seeking a construction site supervisor with 1-2 years of experience for a full-time on-site role in Indapur, Pune. As the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors and construction workers, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that may arise. You will also be required to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that the project meets its goals and deadlines. To excel in this role, you should have experience in supervising construction sites and workers, a good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry, strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strong communication and leadership skills, and the willingness to work on-site in Indapur. Experience with construction management software and relevant certifications in construction management or related fields would be advantageous.,
