Job Description
The Site Supervisor role involves overseeing the execution of construction projects with a primary focus on on-site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and timely progress according to the plan. Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing daily construction activities, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to meet project timelines, ensuring construction aligns with approved drawings and quality standards, maintaining site records, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, handling minor troubleshooting, and providing regular project updates to the project manager. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, provided meals, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The schedule is a day shift with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The preferred shift availability is day shift, and the willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
