Job Role: Project Coordinator Department: Execution Purpose : To supervise the project execution activities. Responsible for completion of project as per given schedule's. 1)Project Supervision: Understand the work requirement and assign the work to team members. Follow instructions provided by Site Engineer. Monitor the execution of work & provide guidance to improve work quality. Check and ensure required tools are carried by labours on project site for smooth execution of work. In case of any errors in work, get the rework done as per requirement. Ensure proper utilization of manpower in project execution work. 2)Execution : Schedule Plan execution schedule. Visit the site along with material and do the execution work. After completion of work conduct trials to check the functioning and work effectiveness. Prepare installation report. Get the billing prepared along with material used for execution. 3) Complaints Management Receive customer complaints and visit client. Inform office in case complaint is directly communicated by client. Do the maintenance as per requirement and instructions received from office. Get the invoice done for repairing if required. Handover invoice to client. 4) MIS & Reporting : Compile and provide daily/monthly work reports to Manager - Installation as per schedule. Competencies: Knowledge: Design Concept, Process following, Documentation Technical Skills: Excel, Word ,CAD PMC Handling, Measurement Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
