Job Description
As a Site Head at our residential/commercial real estate project site, you will be the driving force behind the sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the on-site team, manage end-to-end sales functions, meet revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will lead and oversee the sales team, ensuring that booking and revenue targets are met. Managing daily sales operations, handling client interactions, coordinating with channel partners, and implementing sales strategies to boost conversions will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will stay updated on project details, pricing, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate reports, collaborate with various teams, and train, motivate, and evaluate the sales team will be essential to your success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) and have at least 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on leadership. Strong leadership skills, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools are among the key requirements.
