Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage site resources. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in construction or related field. (Freshers can also apply) Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
