Job Description:We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Intern to join our office team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of billing, BOQ preparation, architectural drawing reading, and must be proficient in Excel and presentation preparation.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates
• Manage billing processes and verify contractor bills
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
• Prepare Excel reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Support the project manager in site data collection and cost tracking
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for smooth workflow
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data management, reporting)
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• BOQ preparation and billing knowledge
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / architectural software (preferred) and sketchup
