Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is as per approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and work execution.
- Ensure all civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing works are progressing as per the project schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers for layout understanding and implementation.
- Assist in material estimation and inventory management.
- Manage minor on-site troubleshooting and workforce coordination.
- Requirements:Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in retail interior fit-out or commercial construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site during the project period.
