Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure project execution as per plans, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure timely completion of work. Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor site safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards. Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and site records. Handle site issues and provide effective solutions to technical challenges. Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment as per project needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. years of experience in construction site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Good communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in site documentation and reporting. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
