Job Summary:

Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and proactive Site Engineer to manage technical planning, site execution, and implementation of our building products across various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure alignment with execution.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor the installation of Homegenie building products and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare and verify BOQs, site reports, and progress documentation.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation or construction.
Assist in project scheduling, material planning, and resource allocation.
Maintain communication with internal teams and clients for project updates and handovers.
Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site engineering practices.
Proficiency in reading drawings, preparing BOQs, and handling site documentation.
Familiarity with building products like tiles, cladding, roofing, and wall panels.
Good understanding of construction safety norms and quality standards.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Exposure to product-based installation such as modular roofing, wall cladding, tile laying, etc.
