Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in .NET Core development, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide a team, drive technical excellence, and ensure project success. Responsibilities Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Allocate tasks, set clear goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards and best practices. Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. NET Core Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to established coding standards. Develop and implement RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and microservices in .NET Core. Integrate applications with third-party systems and external APIs. Utilize .NET Framework, MVC, and WebForms as needed. Front-End Development Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Database Management Design, implement, and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). Utilize ORM tools like Entity Framework Core for efficient data access. Write and optimize SQL queries. Technical Expertise Apply strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, threading, and exception handling troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Ensure application scalability, performance, and security. Required Technical Skills NET : .NET Core (Mandatory) .NET Framework C# (Expert Level) OOP Concepts, Threading, Exception Handling MVC Webforms Web Technologies HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap JavaScript, jQuery Rest API, Web API, Microservices Database SQL Server, PostgreSQL (or other relevant databases) Entity Framework Core SQL Query Optimization Development Practices Code Reviews Version Control (e.g., Git) Agile Methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on .NET Core.
