Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly environment.
• Actively engage in sales, guiding clients through product selections and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Professionally communicate with clients in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage basic inventory, billing, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Coordinate with the operations and design teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Leverage existing PR contacts and networks to increase visibility and foot traffic.
• Provide after-sales support and address client queries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
  
  

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role within the construction, interior, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.
  • Fluent and professional in English speaking and writing.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Pleasant personality with good networking and PR skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Degree of Diploma in Interior Design or Related Field will be preferred
  Working knowledge of design software
