Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, offering accurate product information, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally. You will be responsible for processing customer purchases using the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash, credit, debit, and gift card transactions. Additionally, you will process returns and exchanges according to store policy and maintain precise cash drawer balances. Furthermore, you will assist in keeping the checkout area clean and organized, restocking supplies, and organizing merchandise. Participation in store opening and closing procedures, as well as promptly informing management of any security issues, is required. You will also engage customers by informing them about promotions, sales, and loyalty programs, as well as assisting with promotional displays at the register. This position is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with additional performance and yearly bonuses.
