The Showroom Incharge position based in Pimpari, Pune offers a competitive salary ranging from 35000 to 40000 along with 30 days leave and bonus incentives. As the Showroom Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, meeting revenue targets, supervising the team, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling cash transactions, and preparing sales and operations reports for management. Your role will involve managing and motivating shop staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, coordinating replenishment, maintaining an attractive and organized shop layout, and handling billing and cash transactions with financial accuracy. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in showroom management and team management. The position is full-time and requires you to work in person during day shifts. You will also be eligible for Provident Fund benefits and yearly bonuses.
