Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist in the daily operations of our hardware store. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized environment, support customer service efforts, and assist in managing stock and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and carrying items to their vehicles if needed
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves with hardware materials and tools
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Pack and label items as required
• Help with loading and unloading of materials
• Support sales staff in daily tasks and errands
• Follow safety procedures and shop protocols
