Shipping Coordination: Ensure materials are prepared and shipped on time, adhering to schedules and customer requirements. Departmental Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between different departments (sales, production, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure all requirements are met before shipping. Follow-up and Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the status of materials, from production to shipping, ensuring that any issues are addressed proactively and promptly. Documentation Management: Verify and maintain accurate shipping records, including shipping instructions, delivery schedules, and customer requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet customer specifications before shipping. Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any potential shipping delays or issues by communicating with relevant teams and customers. Shipping Documentation: Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and invoices. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for shipping processes and timelines, working to streamline operations. Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast- paced environment. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organized shipping records and track materials through various stages. Problem-Solving Skills: Able to anticipate and resolve shipping issues quickly and effectively. Experience: Prior experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse role is preferred.
