Job Description
The Shift Supervisor position requires a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC and VMC machine shop operations, including knowledge of mechanical drawing reading, tooling, programming, Microsoft Office Excel, and measuring instruments. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for shift management to ensure the desired production output with a focus on Quality, Safety, and manpower utilization. You should have a good understanding of tooling, CNC troubleshooting, machine operations, and using measuring tools. Additionally, you will be required to read mechanical designs and coordinate with the Utility and maintenance team. The role also involves knowledge of computer skills, Excel proficiency, reporting, and cross-functional communication. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
