Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the shift. Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand. Coordinate and manage rider operations, optimizing delivery routes and schedules. Monitor rider performance and ensure timely deliveries. Resolve customer issues and provide excellent support. Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead and motivate a team of store associates or riders. Supervise and train team members, ensuring they adhere to Zepto's standards. Address team member concerns and provide guidance and support. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a high standard of customer service. Performance Tracking and Improvement: Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Other Responsibilities Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of picker/packer candidates. Role models expected behavior and coaches team on hospitality standards. Sets the standards to ensure team handles all Customer concerns in a timely and sustainable manner. Empowers the team to satisfy Customer needs and resolve concerns. Removes barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors during shift. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in operations management or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with delivery operations or logistics is a plus.
