Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer with expertise in sheet metal fabrication to oversee and enhance various manufacturing processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and finishing. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of fabrication methods, CAD software, and quality assurance practices to streamline production operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical enclosures. Responsibilities include planning and supervising daily sheet metal production, interpreting fabrication and panel drawings accurately, collaborating with design, procurement, and quality departments, optimizing material utilization, and minimizing production waste. The role also involves overseeing operators, maintaining safety and quality standards, conducting quality inspections before and after powder coating, managing vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries, creating 2D CAD drawings and nesting layouts for laser cutting, and upkeeping ISO documentation and production records. Additionally, the Production Engineer will be responsible for generating purchase requisitions for consumables, supporting business growth initiatives, and engaging in technical discussions with clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly incentives. The work location is on-site.,
