Were Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Developer Location: Pune, India Experience: Minimum 5 Years of ServiceNow Development Experience We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our growing team! If you are passionate about ServiceNow HRSD and have hands-on experience in Lifecycle Events, we want to hear from you. Help us build and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions that make an impact! What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to optimize HR workflows. Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver customized HR solutions that meet their needs. Configure, customize, and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules (HR Cases, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, etc.). Develop and manage Lifecycle Events on ServiceNow, ensuring smooth transitions and timely execution across employee processes. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems and platforms via SOAP/REST APIs and MID Server. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for HRSD-related incidents, problems, and changes. Continuously improve existing HRSD applications to adapt to evolving business requirements. What Were Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, particularly in HRSD. Extensive experience with ServiceNow Lifecycle Events and their implementation. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules like HR Cases, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) for customizations. Experience in ServiceNow integrations (SOAP, REST, MID Server). Knowledge of HR processes and proven experience implementing HRSD solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. ServiceNow HRSD Certifications are a plus!
