Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Exp: 8 to 9 years Location: Anywhere in India Skills Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development Play lead role to enable successful delivery of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC Applications Responsibilities Understand as-is state of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC Applications and the challenges High- and low-level Design of the platform using best practices Application classification, hierarchy, supporting business capabilities, alignment, relation to business application portfolio Analyze and measure applications by gathering metrics such as cost, usage, risk, and quality to assure when they need to be upgraded, replaced, consolidated, or returned Maintain Application Portfolio health by doing/maintaining comprehensive inventory, capability map, gap analysis and risk maintenance Manage the application capabilities, business macro processes, and application/service creation, enhancement, and change. Cross-functional collaboration and integration support with SNOW platform including ITSM, ITOM etc., Manage the future release of SNOW > APM Lead the future roadmap release by managing active integration with APM Advise customer on industry best practices for Application portfolio management Create and maintain reports and metrics on ServiceNow; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Work Location: Remote,
