Job Description: Title: ServiceNow Developers & Architects Relevant Work Experience: 10-12 Years Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM Location: Bangalore Availability: Should be able to join within 30 days Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and update documentation (HLD, LLD) for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions. - Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities. - Set up and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements. - Configure and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules. Create and update UI policies, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and workflow. - Manage platform upgrades and apply patches to ensure the system is up-to-date with the latest features and security fixes. - Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding both internal teams and clients. - Contribute to business development activities, including written proposals, pre-sales activities, functional demonstrations, and presentations. Skills: - Solid knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM. - Excellent analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to map solutions to address client business issues and problems. - Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting. - Thorough knowledge of REST API & SOAP. Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools. - Expertise in implementing ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, ServiceMapping modules. - Proficiency in configuring Discovery to load CI data into ServiceNow CMDB.,
