Skills Required: Mandatory Skills Strong understanding of ServiceNow core and best practices Expertise in ITBM (IT Business Management / SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / Application Portfolio Management (APM) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) Including applications (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning Workspace, Resource Management Financial Management and Project Management) Hands on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow and ACLs along with Performance Analytics. Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON and Scripted Web Services) with 3 rd party tools. Strong consulting skills to engage with customers during discovery workshops. Excellent presentation and communication abilities to articulate the value of SPM solutions. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
