JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Service Technician - E Auto Reports To Deputy Manager - E Auto Department Service Qualification ITI/ Diploma / Mechatronics Work 1 - 2 Years Experience Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on electric vehicles to identify issues. Perform necessary repairs on electric vehicle systems, including battery management, electric drivetrains, and regenerative braking systems. Follow manufacturer guidelines for routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and system flushes. Primary Duties Inspect, test, and replace high-voltage batteries and their components Calibrate and program battery management systems. Maintain clear and accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed Adhere to all safety protocols while handling high-voltage systems and components. Communicate repair needs and statuses to customers professionally and understandably Ensure that all work complies with industry standards and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns about electric vehicle maintenance and repairs Educate customers on proper vehicle care and answer questions about electric vehicle technology. Secondary Duties Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve service quality and efficiency. Assist in ordering and stocking materials as needed. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in proper working order and report any issues to management.
