Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Periodic Maintenance
  Conduct scheduled maintenance of home elevators, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and safety systems are operating smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
  Attend to customer callbacks, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with Customers
  Communicate professionally with customers to schedule and confirm service visits, and provide clear updates on job status.
• Document Work and Reports
  Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance checklists, and daily activity logs.
• Install, Upgrade, and Repair Systems
  Assist in the installation of home elevators and perform upgrades or repairs as needed.
• Ensure Safety Compliance
  Always follow industry safety practices and company protocols during service tasks.

Technical Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of home elevator systems and components
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Ability to use multimeters, hand tools, and read basic electrical diagrams
• Basic documentation and checklist handling

Qualifications:

• Education:
• 12th Pass
• ITI Electrician (preferred)
