Service Now Administrator Overview The ServiceNow Administrator plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. They are responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet the organization's needs, as well as providing support and training to end users. Job Description:- Language skills for C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT Experience with Web API / REST Basic knowledge about authentication methods (e.g. 2FA, SSO, LDAP, SAML) Experience with Microsoft server environment (e.g. IIS, MS SQL server) Exp:-7 to 8 Yrs Work Mode:-Remote Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management in ServiceNow Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for ServiceNow customization Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively Experience in ServiceNow integration with third-party applications and tools Understanding of ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow environment Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Skills: servicenow,api,sql,html,css,
