Organisation - Minivel Services Role - Service Line Engineer (Australian Market) Exps. - Fresher with Electrical/Electronics education background & have done Solar projects Location - PAN India Budget - Best fit Job Role / Description:- Core Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for online telephonic support to customer technical queries received from Australian market customers. Timely updates on customer complaints via the ticketing tool (Freshdesk) or any other system (whatapp) whichever management advice to use. Profession English speaking communication, person should have good knowledge on Electrical and Electronic or power electronics, solar inverters product. Should able to conduct periodic product training for customer and in-house engineers time to time. Qualification and Skill set required:- Qualification of BE/B-Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics-Telecommunication. Professional English communication skills in speaking and writing.,
