Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and commissioning machines, equipment, or systems at customer sites.
• Support senior engineers in setup and calibration processes.
• Learn to diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Respond to service calls and assist in resolving customer complaints.
• Maintain professional communication with customers during service visits.
• Prepare service reports, log maintenance activities, and document issues.
• Undergo technical training to understand product details, service procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and testing equipment.
• Follow company guidelines, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Work closely with service teams, support staff, and engineering departments.
• Contribute to team goals by supporting various service activities.
