Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include preparing service visit plans and reports, monitoring equipment performance, and developing preventative maintenance measures. You will be required to keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring that all work is completed with their approval. Additionally, maintaining daily reports of site activities, managing records of warranty visits, AMC visits, and complaints, as well as developing and maintaining customer relations are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to travel frequently, strong problem-solving skills, relevant technical knowledge, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus provided. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in the compressor field.
