Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Service of Electromechanical Engineering Equipment with Electrical and Electronics Install, configure, and maintain equipment/machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and upgrade services. Document service reports, technical issues, and solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or onsite.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements.
- Train clients on equipment use and maintenance.
