Job Description

As a Service Coordinator in the Manufacturing Industry, your primary responsibilities will include: - Submitting quotations in response to Email inquiries and Engineer visits, ensuring timely and accurate communication. - Following up on Purchase Orders for submitted quotes to facilitate the sales process. - Preparing and submitting Sales Order Confirmations and Proforma Invoices upon receipt of Purchase Orders. - Coordinating with Production and Stores to ensure timely readiness of materials, while generating tasks in CRM. - Submitting necessary documents to the accounts team for tax invoice generation. - Engaging in email communication with customers to confirm visit dates. - Regularly updating the Customer Master database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Strong experience as a Service Coordinator. - Confidence, an entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach, ability to work under pressure, and self-motivation. - Ability to think creatively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and solve problems effectively. - Experience of 1 - 2 years in the Manufacturing Industry. - Qualifications of Diploma or B.Com, with proficiency in MS Office and computer knowledge.
