Job Description
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. in Mathematics, or any graduate degree Female candidates only Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests via email and phone. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively. Prepare and provide detailed quotations for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Follow up with customers to secure orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide prompt solutions for site-related issues by arranging manpower, materials, etc. Update customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Key Skills: Proficiency in English typing and speaking. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Solid technical skills, preferably with mechanical engineering knowledge.
