#Location: Ahmedabad || Kochi #Experience: 3 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily work management of after sales repair station in south India including personnel attendance work, discipline work, arrangement, 5S management on site ; - Customer communication after sales problems to respond to customers; - Assist superior in KPI analysis and process improvement. - Prefer local candidate What Were Looking For: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or security surveillance. - Proven experience managing teams of supervisors and delivery personnel - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
