Job Description
About the Role: Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore
Roles and responsibilities:

Greet customers, evaluate their car's maintenance requirements, and give them an estimate.

Make work orders and make sure that personnel and customers are communicating effectively.

Manage service calendars and make appointments for services.
- Keep an eye on the components inventory and help find the necessary pieces.
- Create invoices, describe fees, and handle payments.
- To guarantee client satisfaction and future service requirements, follow up with them.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong communication skills. Previous experience in automotive service or customer service.
