We are seeking a strategic and results-driven YouTube SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing content across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a keen understanding of SEO strategies specific to YouTube and other social media platforms, with a strong focus on content utilization, data analysis, and collaboration with editors, designers, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for YouTube channels to increase organic reach and engagement.
• Optimize video content, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research to identify trending and high-impact keywords for video content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of YouTube content using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to ensure content aligns with SEO and branding strategies.
• Strategize the use of content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize reach and repurpose content effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest YouTube algorithm updates, SEO trends, and competitor strategies.
• Develop compelling and click-worthy video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to drive viewer engagement.
• Implement strategies to increase video views, watch time, and subscriber count.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Troubleshoot content performance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Having editing and designing skills is a plus.
• Proven experience in YouTube SEO or Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, keyword research tools, and content strategies.
