Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the SEO team, including content writers, link builders, and technical SEO analysts.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical site audits.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Ensure all SEO activities are aligned with content marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine trends and algorithm updates.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks effectively.
- Generate SEO performance reports and communicate results to management.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
