Job Title - Mernstack Developer Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Bangalore Type: Full-time What Were Looking For: Were hiring an enthusiastic, hands-on Senior Web Application Engineer who thrives in fast-paced product startup environments. Youll be working on high-performance real-time systems, helping architect scalable applications, and building elegant user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Architect and build scalable web applications Design and maintain internal tooling and reporting infrastructure Build and maintain a new UI component library Ensure code quality with thorough unit testing and debugging Work closely with product teams to break down requirements Collaborate with global engineering teams to plan and test new features Manage release cycles and deployment for internal stakeholders Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript and the MERN stack At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript 2+ years experience with Node.js and asynchronous programming Strong knowledge of websockets, observables, and event-driven systems Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and databases like MySQL Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Webpack/Rollup, and asynchronous web apps (Ajax) Bonus Points For: Experience with other JS frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, RxJS Exposure to streaming analytics systems Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience working with MongoDB, Cassandra Soft Skills We Value: Startup experience especially building products from scratch Strong communication skills across India & US-based teams High ownership mindset and urgency in execution Ability to work independently and multitask under pressure,
