The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1-2 years of video editing and post-production experience. Proficiency in various non-linear video editing tools such as Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom is required. A deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles, along with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, is essential.
